Worst customer service. I was helped by juan and its like he hates his job or something, almost like he does not want to make a sale. I inquired about a repair with a positive attitude but the attitude i received back was very careless and unprofessional. I asked for a follow up and never got it. I wont be coming back or recommending to my fellow audi owners

The service writers are always professional at Audi Long Beach. They are great at explaining the details of the services. Also, providing information future repairs to plan for (ex: tires).
